Greg Serrao was concerned about several issues in his neighborhood including increased incidents of burglary. Serrao said some residents of his community wanted to add a gated entry, but he didn’t like the idea.
“We have had a few break-ins in the area, but I didn’t like the fact that it was going to cost $100,000 to install the gates,” he said. “I feel much better with my Rolladens and I’m going to recommend them at our next homeowners association meeting.”
Serrao took advantage of Rolladen’s 50 percent discount on installation, an incentive which has produced record business the first few weeks of the year. He said he saved thousands of dollars thanks to the incentive.
The promotion lasts through Feb. 28.
He said Rolladen was quick to get the house measured and added that the installation process was excellent.
“The installation was excellent,” he said. “In fact, it was absolutely incredible. The quality of the workmanship was really something. I haven’t anyone work that hard in years. He did a perfect job.
“I’m elated with everyone I’ve met at Rolladen,” he said. “They are extremely pleasant and they offer a fair price for what you’re getting. Everyone should have them.”
